The Only Constant in the Universe

By Michael The Libertarian

That's right, dear readers. Some changes are coming to this little corner of the interwebz.
I have been writing my little heart out, every day for thirty days (I missed one day, but there have been a couple of double-posting days, also). I've enjoyed it and I believe I have learned some things and honed my craft.
According to reactions, by-and-large, few people have noticed. That's fine. I'm not complaining. I am saying I am going to continue my efforts – if only to benefit myself – with some modest changes.
I am going to continue to write every day … sort of. As of 15 Nov. (That will be the thirtieth day) I will be writing from Monday through Friday as a promised endeavor. I will no longer write on weekends unless something compels me to do so.
That's not to say that I won't be sitting at the computer on Saturdays and Sundays. It is to say that those days will no longer be part of my “oath” to write every day.
Also, I will be branching out a bit. While I've certainly been all over the NFL kneeling protest controversy, I may just start writing some “straight” sports pieces. I am a big fan of sports. They have been a big part of my life almost for as long as I can remember. So, you may see pieces about what's wrong with the JETS' defense or why the METS can't get their pitching rotation in order.
Similarly, music has played a huge part in my life. You can expect to see that, taking up some of the space on this blog, also.
It's not that I'm changing, per se. It's about expanding my writing (as so-far evidenced here) into other areas that move me. I might even post some of my own music videos.
I want to bring this effort to the fore in some way. I'm not sure what that's going to to take, but I am going to try to do it.
At the end of the day, I would hope to keep the promise I made so early on: “If you come here to enjoy the way in which I express my opinions, I think you'll be a winner more days than not”.
